第一阶段：你自己完成账号设置

1. 创建 Sandbox Keyset

进入 Application Keys：

输入应用名称，例如 Plam Coin。
在 Sandbox 下点击 Create a keyset。
保存：
- Sandbox App ID / Client ID
- Sandbox Cert ID / Client Secret
- Dev ID
再创建 Production Keyset。
完成 Production 的 Marketplace Account Deletion 设置。

不要把 Client Secret 发给外包人员的个人聊天账号，也不要放进 APK。最好由开发者直接配置在你的云服务器环境变量中。官方 Keyset 指南

2. 注册 EPN 账号

现在可以同时注册 eBay Partner Network，但先不要提交 Mobile App 特殊审批。

完成：

公司信息
收款信息
税务信息
推广渠道
创建 Campaign
获取 Campaign ID

第二阶段：开发者完成 Sandbox 原型

3. 用 API Explorer 测试

在 API Explorer 中选择：

Environment: Sandbox
API: Browse API
Resource: item_summary
Method: search

使用测试关键词：

1921 Morgan Silver Dollar

确认能够获取：

itemSummaries
title
image.imageUrl
price
buyingOptions
itemWebUrl

Sandbox 主要用于验证接口逻辑，商品可能是测试或模拟数据。

4. 做最小商品展示功能

现有 App 只增加两个部分：

识别结果页
[View listings on eBay]

以及：

Available on eBay

图片  标题
价格  商品状态
卖家评分
[View on eBay]

最低要求：

实际调用 Sandbox Browse API
至少能搜索一个硬币
能展示商品
能跳转
有加载、空结果和错误页面
有联盟披露
Secret 只保存在服务器
eBay 商品与其他平台商品视觉隔离

第三阶段：准备审核材料

5. 准备英文截图

至少准备以下截图：

App 首页
硬币拍摄或上传页
硬币识别结果
View listings on eBay 按钮
eBay 商品列表
eBay 商品详情或跳转页面
联盟披露
隐私政策

6. 准备数据流图

User uploads coin image
        ↓
Plam Coin / Gemini identifies the coin
        ↓
Plam Coin backend generates an eBay search query
        ↓
Backend calls eBay Browse API
        ↓
App displays isolated eBay listings
        ↓
User clicks an affiliate URL
        ↓
Purchase, payment and support occur entirely on eBay

7. 准备审核账号

提供一个专门的审核账号，例如：

Account type: Review account
Permissions: Standard user
Subscription: Premium enabled
Test coin: Preloaded 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar

不要提供管理员账号、生产数据库权限或真实用户数据。

第四阶段：提交审批

Sandbox 功能完成后再提交：

EPN Mobile App Application
Buy API Application

EPN Mobile App 申请需要 App Store 链接、测试账号、数据收集说明和联盟披露方式。移动 App 审批要求

Buy API Application 提交后，需要回复确认邮件并附上截图、数据流和测试步骤。官方说明初步批准或拒绝通常在10个工作日内回复。EPN 批准后，才能提交 Developer Support 工单并进入技术审查和签约阶段。Production Access 流程

下面这段英文可以用于申请中的业务说明：

Plam Coin is an Android coin identification and collection management application.

Users upload photographs of a coin, and our identification service returns a possible country, denomination, year and coin type. After reviewing the identification result, users may choose to view relevant listings available on eBay.

Our backend converts the confirmed coin information into a search query and retrieves current listings through the eBay Browse API. eBay listings are displayed in a clearly separated “Available on eBay” section. Each listing identifies eBay as the marketplace and includes an affiliate disclosure.

When a user selects a listing, the user is redirected to eBay through the affiliate URL returned by the Browse API. Plam Coin does not process payments, place bids, create orders, hold funds, handle merchandise, or provide transaction support. Purchasing, payment, shipping, returns and customer service take place entirely on eBay.

eBay credentials and OAuth tokens are stored only on our secure backend and are never included in the Android application. We use an anonymous click reference for attribution and do not send coin photographs, email addresses or account identifiers to eBay.

你现在最先要做的是创建 Sandbox Keyset。创建完成后，不要发送 Client Secret 截图；只需告诉开发者 Sandbox Key 已创建，并让开发者提供一个安全的服务器配置方式。
